January is a good time to stop bad habits (and even to stop myself when I really want to be critical of things like NFL referees! 🤐💔).

🛑 STOP thinking negative thoughts about yourself or others.

❇️ START 🔜 some healthy habits for a new/improved YOU!

💫 Don’t dwell on the past, be present in the now, and work for the future you want.

  1. You are what you eat so don’t be fast, cheap, easy or fake!🍎
  2. Drink more water💧
  3. Go to bed earlier💤
  4. Start your morning with breathing, stretching, quiet time🙏🏻
  5. Volunteer—spend time helping others🙋🏼‍♀️
  6. Sit less…be more active🏃🏼‍♀️
  7. Try a new exercise class like yoga, pilates, or barre🧘🏼‍♀️
  8. Enjoy the little things🐞
  9. Don’t judge or compare yourself to others☮️
  10. Don’t procrastinate🤔
  11. Live simply: reduce, reuse, recycle♻️
  12. Clean out your closet. Donate or sell what you don’t wear👗
  13. Explore and travel more🗺
  14. Go meatless once a week🥕
  15. Swap soda or other sugary drinks for tea🍹
  16. Keep a gratitude journal✏️
  17. Always look for the silver lining and find the joy in the journey 😊
